Our team is comprised of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). All of our staff members are professionally trained and highly qualified to implement ABA Therapy in a variety of settings.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Suray was born and raised in Cuba. She came to the USA in 2006. In her free time Suray enjoys reading, dancing, traveling, and spending time with her sons. Before beginning her career in ABA, she was a special education teacher with a focus on behavior management strategies. She holds a Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism from Ball State University. In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Suray was inspired to create Transforming Treasures upon seeing the community need, long waiting lists, and lack of support for the ADHD, ASD, and conduct disorders populations. She founded Transforming Treasures with the vision to help the Tampa Bay community obtain ABA services to enrich children’s daily lives and the future of this beautiful city.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Yindra was born and raised in Cuba. She came to the USA in 2017. Before beginning her career in ABA, she was a university professor. She holds a PhD in Philosophy of Early Childhood Education from the University of Pedagogical Science in Havana, Cuba. Yindra joined the Transforming Treasures team as a BCBA in 2020. In her free time she enjoys snorkeling, kayaking, camping, and many other outdoor activities.

Board Certified Assitant Behavior Analyst
Marlen was born and raised in Cuba. She came to the USA in 2016. Before beginning her career in ABA, she worked with special needs adults in the medical field. She began her career in ABA in 2017 as a behavior assistant and later became a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). She holds a General Medicine degree from the University of Havana in Cuba. Marlen became a BCaBA in 2021 with a focus on clinic setting delivery. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and planning family events.

Senior Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Amanda was born in Havana, Cuba and raised in Tampa, FL. Amanda began working with children upon graduating from high school in many capacities. Amanda graduated with a Masters of Elementary Education from the University of Florida in Gainesville Florida in 2019. She was a K-6 classroom teacher before she became an RBT in 2020 and continued studying to become a BCBA. Amanda became a BCBA in 2022 and focuses her service delivery in the school setting including providing support for IEP meetings and promoting inclusion in mainstream classrooms. In her free time she enjoys the beach, going for long walks, and spending time with her son.

Yamileydi was born and raised in Cuba. She came to the USA in 2016. She holds a Masters in Psychology with an emphasis in Early Intervention and Special Education services from the International University of Valencia in Spain. She became an RBT in 2019 and continued studying to become a BCBA. She reached her goal in 2024 and has been a practicing BCBA ever since. In her free time she enjoys going to the beach, road trips, and swimming.

Vivian was born and raised in Cuba. Before becoming a BCBA, Vivian was an RBT from 2022 to 2024. She found her true calling and pursued her master's degree to become a BCBA. Vivian holds a Master's Degree in Prevention and Psychological Intervention in Behavior Problems at School from the International University of Valencia. She has a University Specialist degree in ABA Intervention (Applied Behavior Analysis) in Autism and other Developmental Disorders, at Cadiz University. She enjoys reading, spending time with her son, and the beach.
